Local Pick-Up: 

We are pleased to offer FREE local porch bin pick up at our St. Albert location. Orders placed before 3PM Monday to Friday will be available for pick up same day. Orders placed after 3PM will be available for pick up the following business day.

Once your order is ready for pick up, it will be placed in the bin and you can pick up whenever it is convenient for you. The access code for the bin will be sent to you in the 'Order is Ready for Pickup' notification. This code will be changed at random times so please ensure you are checking the notification each time. 

Pick Up Hours:  Monday to Sunday - 8 am to 10 pm

Please be sure to only take the order with your name on it and not everything in the bin.  Each order is labelled individually under the name used when placing the order.  If you have someone else picking up your order for you, please ensure to communicate with them that they look for the package with your name (using the name that the order was placed under) and that they are not to pick up everything in the bin. 

Pick up orders left unclaimed over 30 days will be considered abandoned and will be taken back into inventory (no refunds will be issued). Please arrange for pick up before the month is up. If you are unable to pick up for any reason, please contact us to make other arrangements. I am happy to extend this deadline or coordinate shipping (at customer's expense) based on extenuating circumstances.

• Edmonton and Area Flat Rate Shipping is $10.00
• Local areas included for this flat shipping rate are:  Edmonton, Leduc, Nisku, Beaumont, Devon, Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, St. Albert, Morinville, Bon Accord, Gibbons, Redwater, Fort Saskatchewan, Sherwood Park, Camrose
• Orders for this shipping option will be shipped out the next business day.
• Alberta Flat Rate Shipping is $17.00.
• Canada-wide Flat Rate Shipping is $20.00.
• FREE Canada-wide shipping on vinyl orders over $150.00.
  
• Shipping orders (not including Edmonton and Area shipping orders) placed before 1PM MST will be shipped out same day.  Orders placed after 1PM MST will ship out next business day. 

 

Clothing Blanks Orders:

If you require shipping for your Clothing Blanks order, please call for a shipping quote prior to completing your order.  As the weight of these items varies, the shipping costs can also vary based on the size and weight of the order, and where it is being shipped.  Shipping will be chosen from our list of carriers, ensuring that you are receiving the most competitive shipping rate available at the time of your order. 

**Items will be shipped uninsured via Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, FedEx or ICS.  The carrier with the most competitive shipping rate at the time of your order will be selected.  Delivery time varies by carrier and the time of year, but will typically take 2-8 business days to arrive.  If you need priority shipping please reach out to us and we can arrange it at your cost. 

 

**In some cases, packages and items may become damaged during shipment.  Please inspect your items upon arrival and reach out should there be a problem.  We will try our best to find a solution that works for you.
