Oracal 651 is a permanent vinyl with a high-gloss finish also known as "Outdoor" vinyl because it is water-resistant and will withstand exposure to the elements with great resilience.
Oracal 651 vinyl has a durability rating of up to six (6) years and can be used to make crafts and signage of all types including decals for automobiles, decorations, and more.
